Joining him is Maxwell Theodore Alornyo, who is contesting for the position of Vice-President and is campaigning on a vision of dedicated and progressive leadership.

The ticket is completed by two Executive Member candidates: Kankpenuba Peter Nuntaa Wisdom, presented as a committed, competent and community-focused administrator, and Simon Koku Gluikpor, an experienced, dependable and results-oriented sports administrator.

As part of its campaign, Team Otu has outlined six key commitments that will guide the federation if elected. These include placing athletes at the centre of every decision, promoting transparency, accountability and good governance, investing in the development of coaches, referees and technical officials, strengthening regional development and inclusion, building strategic partnerships to secure sustainable resources, and preparing Ghanaian athletes to compete successfully on the African and global stage.

According to the team, its mission is to build a modern, inclusive and globally competitive Ghana Taekwondo Federation that creates opportunities for athletes, coaches, referees and all stakeholders across the country.

The Ghana Taekwondo Federation Executive Board Elections will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, with delegates expected to choose the leadership that will steer the federation over the next four years.

Team Otu believes its record of achievements and vision for the future position it strongly to earn another mandate to continue developing taekwondo in Ghana.
