Africa Basketball Festival: Fire Service to test Might Immigration in Unmissable Exhibition Game
Ghana Fire Service Basketball team will test their strength in the Africa Basketball Festival exhibition match against fellow security services side Ghana Immigration Service on Friday, December 23, 2022.
The two sides will lock horns at the Bukom Boxing Arena, Accra at 5pm ahead of the main events between Team Ghana vs Team Nigeria and Team France vs Team USA.
Africa Basketball Festival looks to promote basketball, music and fashion in light of the year of return celebration in Ghana.
In 2019, the maiden edition of the Africa Basketball Festival saw a game between Accra All- Star vs Tema All-star with other exciting activities. After a 2 years break as a result of COVID-19, the 2022 edition of the Africa Basketball Festival, in Partnership with the Beyond The Return Office, will have four Countries playing in the Basketball game – Ghana vs Nigeria and France vs United States.
The festival, organised by RITE Sports, under the auspices of the Beyond the Return Committee, aims to use sports, music and fashion to engage Africans in the diaspora.
Ghanaian music icon, Edem will be the headline act who will dazzle patrons and fans at the Bukom Boxing Arena.
Other artistes are Epixode, Don Itchy, Kobby Runner and many others with DJ Andy Dosty on the turntables.
Beautiful beneath, Elikem Kumordzi and many others will be in the spotlight for the fashion aspect of the event.
