Official: Gyan writes to Legon Cities for termination of contract

Former Ebusua Dwarfs forward Nicholas Gyan has written to the Management of Legon Cities about his resolve to discontinue the rest of his contract.

The Royal Boys endured a nightmare start to their domestic season with just three wins from 13 attempts and will now have to find a replacement for one of their attacking force.

Nicholas Gyan dropped down the pecking order in the camp of Legon Cities FC with only 80 minutes under his name all season long.

The 23-year old once led the Ghana Premier League goal-king chart before he left for abroad to continue his career.

He was once a target of two times Premier League champions Aduana Stars and also attracted interest from clubs in South Africa’s Premier Soccer League.
