A crucial WBA opportunity

The undefeated Ghanaian has built a reputation for his confidence, aggression and determination inside the ring, qualities he will need in abundance against Robledo.

With the fight taking place in Argentina, Laryea will face the additional challenge of performing away from home while dealing with the pressure of fighting a local favourite.

Strong team behind Laryea

Laryea’s professional career is supported by a team combining Ghanaian and international boxing experience.

He is managed jointly by Samuel Anim Addo’s Baby Jet Promotions, Carl Lokko’s Bronx Boxing Promotions and Peter Kahn of Fight Game Advisors.

Before leaving Ghana, Laryea completed his final local inspections and training preparations at the Bronx Boxing Gym.

He also previously received the blessings and counsel of Ghanaian boxing legend Azumah Nelson, adding further inspiration as he prepares for one of the biggest assignments of his career.

Ghanaian dream on the international stage

For Legacy Rise Sports and Promotions, Laryea’s journey to Argentina represents another important milestone in efforts to create meaningful international opportunities for Ghanaian boxers.

The promotion continues to seek platforms that allow Ghanaian fighters to compete on bigger stages and position themselves for major opportunities in world boxing.

For Laryea, however, the mission is simple: win.

The undefeated featherweight knows that victory in Buenos Aires could significantly change the trajectory of his career and take him closer to the biggest prize in professional boxing.

On August 15, Laryea will step into the ring at the Casino Buenos Aires carrying Ghana’s hopes with him.

It is more than just another fight.

It is a chance to strengthen his WBA standing, protect his unbeaten record and take another giant step towards a world championship.
