Hon. Kenneth Gilbert Adjei: A Seasoned Leader at the Helm of the Ministry for Work, Housing and Water Resources
Hon. Kenneth Gilbert Adjei, a native of Trade in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role as Minister for Work, Housing and Water Resources.
With a strong educational foundation, Adjei is a proud Old Boy of Opoku Ware School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He also possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ghana Business School.
Adjei’s professional journey spans over 15 years in the financial sector, with a proven track record of leadership and management. He has benefited from numerous foreign and local professional development courses, honing his skills and expertise.

A member of the National Democratic Congress, Adjei has served in various capacities, including as Deputy Minister of Defence from 2015 to 2017. He has also been a member of the Board of the National Lottery Authority and a board executive of the Lordina foundation.
In recognition of his academic excellence, Adjei was adjusted Best Graduating Student in Peace, Security and Intelligence Management at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) in November 2022.
