He was handed the Phobian hot seat on Monday on the back of a meeting between the club’s Board Chairman, Togbe Afede XIV, and outgoing Member of Parliament for La Dadekotopon, Vincent Sowah Odotei, however, details of his contract are not available yet

Prior to his appointment, Coach Edward Nii Odoom, had been steering the Phobian wheel following the sack of ex-Ghana international Kim Grant in December last year, but it appears he has been demoted to handle the youth side of the club, Auroras, with immediate effect.

Meanwhile Kosta Papic will be assisted by former Berekum Chelsea gaffer Joseph Asare Bediako.

The Serbian was spotted at the Accra Sports stadium on Sunday when Hearts lost 0-1 to Inter Allies.
