Ghanaian bodybuilding star Godwin Frimpong is set to fly the nation’s flag high at the 2026 IFBB Pro World Cup (Roger Boyce Classic) currently taking place in Barbados.
Popularly known as “The Beast of GH,” Frimpong will compete in the Professional division of the prestigious championship as he returns to the international stage after nearly two years away from competitive bodybuilding.
The elite Ghanaian athlete heads into the competition with an impressive pedigree, having won the Man Ghana title three times while also emerging as the overall winner of the 2021 Arnold Classic Africa.
Frimpong is expected to make his appearance on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in what many believe could be a remarkable comeback performance for the decorated bodybuilder.
