Futurestars Charity has once again strengthened its community partnerships through sport, donating football kits, generously provided by Ipswich Town Football Club, to the British High Commission team in Accra.
Instead of a formal handover ceremony, the presentation took place in a relaxed and natural setting during one of the UK in Ghana British High Commission team’s regular Monday night football sessions.
The informal atmosphere added a personal touch to the gesture, especially as Futurestars Charity Country Manager, Emmanuel Okyne-Tetteh, is a regular participant in these games.

He was joined on the pitch by Futurestars Charity Director and former professional footballer, Simon Milton, who officially presented the jerseys on behalf of the organisation.
Their presence made the moment even more meaningful, blending friendship, football, and philanthropy.
The initiative reflects Futurestars Charity’s continuous commitment to using sport as a tool for development.
As the organisation noted, moments like this highlight how football goes beyond competition – serving as a bridge that connects communities, strengthens relationships, and creates opportunities for social impact.
Futurestars Charity expressed gratitude to Ipswich Town FC for their ongoing support and to the British High Commission team for their warm reception, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship.
