Dakpemah Ladies and Nasara Ladies are the two representatives from the Northern Region in the championship and will be aiming to secure promotion to the top tier of women’s football in Ghana.

The Northern Zone playoffs are scheduled to begin on Friday, May 15, 2026, at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale, where clubs from across the zone will compete for qualification to the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League.

Dakpemah Ladies will kick off their campaign against Upper West champions Chewia Ladies, while Nasara Ladies face a difficult opening fixture against tournament favourites Supreme Ladies from Kumasi.
