Hon. Joseph Addea Akwaboa has described his participation in a cycling event organized by the European Union delegation in Ghana as a memorable and refreshing experience that highlighted unity and healthy living.
The event, which took place earlier today, saw the EU delegation visit the region and engage local stakeholders through a symbolic cycling tour. Hon. Akwaboa joined the ride from the residency to Tanoso, sharing in what he described as an exhilarating journey marked by strong camaraderie and enthusiasm among participants.

The cycling initiative forms part of the delegation’s broader engagement across the country, as they continue their journey from the Ashanti Region through Kumasi and onward to Accra. The event not only promoted fitness and environmental awareness but also strengthened the bond between the European Union representatives and local communities.

Hon. Akwaboa commended the EU delegation for the initiative, noting that such activities foster unity, encourage active lifestyles, and create meaningful interactions between international partners and the people.
He added that the spirit of togetherness and shared purpose experienced during the ride made the occasion truly unforgettable.
