Cynthia Kwabi of the Ghana Immigration Service successfully defended her crown at the Ghana Table Tennis Association (GTTA) Sheroes 3 “Show Time” Championship after edging Joanita Borteye 4–3 in a thrilling final on Saturday, February 21, 2026.
The showdown, held at the DG Hathiramani Sports Hall, lived up to its billing. Cynthia surged ahead with confidence, taking the first three games 11-9, 13-11, 11-7.
But Joanita refused to back down, clawing her way back into the contest with 6-11, 7-11, and 9-11 to level the tie at 3-3.
With the title hanging in the balance, Cynthia regrouped and powered through the decisive seventh game 11-6 to seal victory.
