Good Day Energy Cross Country championship comes off on 21st November 2021 in Brekuso in the Eastern region. It is a 12km run starting from Kwabenya and ending at Peduase lodge.
The race will begin at 8am.
The championship is open to everybody who is deemed fit to compete, according to the standards of the Ghana Athletics Association.

2nd place Men GHs3,000.00 Women GHs3,000.00
3rd Place Men GHs1,500.00 Women GHs1,500.00
For team prizes, the first four athletes from each team will be scored and the winning team will receive a Trophy. Best male team and best female team will be awarded.
Each athlete will receive T-shirt, certificate of participation and goodies from sponsors.
