Hearts of Oak SC have officially bid for Real Tamale United midfield gem David Abagna Sandan according to local media reports.
The 24 year old has been a household name in the Ghana Premier League for the past six years due to his great midfield abilities but got injured last season.
Having stayed on the sidelines for a very long time, the enterprising playmaker has bounced back on a very stronger note both his club and the home-based national team.
He is now involved in four goals in eight matches so far in the ongoing season, having netted three goals including a beauty against Kotoko in Tamale.
Speculations has it that, Hearts of Oak first bid a fee of GHS 100,000 (1 billion old cedis) was rejected by Real Tamale United and the Phobians have sent a second bid for the highly-rated midfielder at a fee of GHS 150, 000 (1.5 billion old cedis)
The Tamale-based club is yet to respond to the latest bid.
Abagna is currently on national assignment with the Black Galaxies preparing for the 7th edition of the Championship of African Nations (CHAN) tournament in Algeria which kick off on January 15 in Algeria.
