Priority Insurance pays over Ghc 7 million in Claims Settlement Leading the Way in Ghana’s Insurance Industry

Ghana’s fastest insurance claims settlement, Priority Insurance Company Limited, the subsidiary of Tobinco Group, paid over GHC 7 million in claims last year. The insurance company known for its fastest claims settlement and superb customer service has demonstrated its unwavering dedication to its policyholders by consistently providing outstanding services.

Priority Insurance paid out a total claim of GHC 7,184,549.14 in 2023 for its wide range of insurance policies. Speaking on the feat with SKB Journal, the Managing Director of Priority Insurance Co. Ltd, Mr. Matthew Kweku Atta Aidoo, said, “As the 38th company in Ghana’s Club 100, 2022 ranking, we are glad to impact both businesses and lives positively. These numbers reflect our dedication to delivering on our promises. We are extremely proud of our claims team, headed by Mr. Atta Asamoah, for consistently delivering exceptionally.”

On average, Priority Insurance pays about GHC 600,000 of claims per month on all products, including motor, Home, Fire, professional indemnity and Personal Accident, to mention a few. Thank you to the claims team for working tirelessly to put a smile on the face of our customers”.
