OFFICAL: Hearts Of Oak Confirms Asare Bediako As The Clubs’ Assistant Coach

Accra Hearts of Oak have appointed former Berekum Chelsea head coach, Asare Bediako as the new assistant coach.

The Ghana Premier League powerhouse has been without an assistant since last season.

Following the departure of Kim Grant after matchday 1, Edward Nii Odoom, who was the assistant was tasked to manage the club on an interim basis.

Portuguese coach, Carlos Manuel Vaz Pinto as technical director but was on the verge of taking as the club as the head coach.

However, Vaz Pinto left the club after eight days after both parties failed to reach on a common grounds relative to the head coach role.

Asare Bediako, who led Chelsea last term was impressive and won coach of the month award after 15 matches played but left the club on mutual grounds.

However, the Phobians have appointed the veteran gaffer as the new assistant coach.
