Although they lost two games on the second morning, their overall points tally earned them a spot in the final against Ivory Coast, who topped the group stage. The final match was a closely contested affair, with Ghana ultimately emerging victorious with a convincing 10-5 win over the host nation.
This victory marked a significant achievement for Ghana’s young rugby players, who demonstrated impressive skills and teamwork throughout the tournament.
