Ghana National Cycling Track Team Targets Strong Performances on Day Two of Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games
Accra, Ghana – Ghana’s National Cycling Track Team is set to continue its quest for success at the 2026 Commonwealth Games, with two of the country’s finest cyclists ready to take on the best riders across the Commonwealth at the renowned Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome.
The Ghana Cycling Federation has officially confirmed the competition programme for the national team, with Erica Sedzro and Farrakhan Shaaban Mohammed representing Ghana in the track cycling events scheduled from 31 July to 2 August 2026.
The duo will compete in four demanding disciplines—the Sprint, Individual Pursuit, Time Trial, and Keirin—as they look to deliver impressive performances and continue Ghana’s steady rise in international track cycling.
