DONE DEAL: Ghanaian forward Kamaldeen Sulemana has joined Atalanta from Southampton on a 4-year deal

Ghanaian Forward Kamaldeen Sulemana has left Southampton to join Italian side Atalanta for a fee that could rise to £18m.

The winger signs a four-year deal with the Bergamo club with the option to extend for another year.

Kamaldeen complete the move to Atalanta after both the Serie A side and Championship side Southampton reached an agreement for the services of the Black Stars forward.

The 23-year-old was signed by the Saints back in 2023 for a club-record fee of £22m and made 74 appearances.

At Atalanta, Kamaldeen reunites with former boss Ivan Juric, under who he made 30 appearances scoring two goals and three assists during their time together.

The Ghanaian will be hoping to hit positive strides under Juric in his new environment when the new season starts.

At Atalanta, Kamaldeen will be playing alongside Black Stars teammate, Ibrahim Sulemana, who joined the club last summer.
