Covid-19 won’t affect my performance when the league resumes- Milot Pokua

Hasaacas Ladies and Black Princess striker, Milot Pokua has revealed that the Covid-19 pandemic will not affect her performance when the Ghana Women’s League resumes.

Milot was in top form in the 2019/2020 Women’s League first round before the suspension of the league.

She played all the seven game in the first round. she scored 10 goals and made 10 assists. Shs emerged joint top-scorer with Ophelia Serwaa Amponsah of Ampem Darkoe Ladies.

The team played an invitational friendly match against the Morocco senior women’s national team and she scored the first goal but Ghana ended up losing 3-2.

In an exclusive interview with Ghsportsnews.com, she said, the Covid-19 pandemic won’t affect her performance when the league resumes, because me as a player, she keeps on training anytime.

She also revealed that, the secret behind her top form in the women’s league, “I do not with with my personal training and I am also someone who prays a lot. It is God that I use to play my football, I don’t have any juju. My only juju I have is my training and my prayers.

Milot Pokua joined Hasaacas from Second division side, Faith Ladies. She was part of the Hasaacas team that won the Normalisation Competition special tournament in 2019.
