CAF Confederation Cup 2022/23 2nd Additional Preliminary Stage Draw as Defending Champions RS Berkane Lock Horns with US Monastir [Full Pairings]

The draw for the 2022-23 TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup play-off round was conducted at CAF Headquarters in Cairo, Egypt on Tuesday 18 October, 2022.

The play -off round, also called the additional second preliminary round will see 32 team participating in the play -off.

Defending champions RS Berkane will take on US Monastir while record winners CS Sfaxien will also lock horns with ASKO de Kara for a place in the group stage of the competition.

The play-off round ties are scheduled for November 2 and November 9 respectively with the winners advancing to the group stages.
