The leading betting company in Ghana, Betway has held a day coaching workshop for women’s coaches and experts in the various sports discipline at Hill Veiw Guest Center (Teiman) Accra.
The workshop spearheaded by the Head coach of the Black Queens Mercy Tagoe, was aimed at capacity building, match day conduct and other essential areas of the game.
Speaking at the event, Mercy Tagoe said, “Women should exhibit a level of Professionalism at the field of work”.
She further elaborated on the qualities of a good manager, which she said, at all time a good manager must be a good communicator, have experience, must delegate people to take a role and respect the players at all time.
Juliet Bawuah, Akosua Addai Amoo, Eva Okyere, Cleopatra Nsiah and Roselyn Amoah were among the instructors who offered the platform to deliver some insightful and refreshing notes on skills development and other modern trends of coaching.
The initiative facilited by Betway is part of a plan by Betway to demonstrate solidarity with Football enthusiasts in the country and establish a strong football in the heart band minds of passionate sports betting fans.
