Board member of Asante Kotoko Alhaji Abu Lamine has revealed why his outfit failed to sign Justice Blay on permanent basis.

Blay, who joined the Porcupine Warriors on loan in 2019 had an impressive performance in the truncated Ghana Premier League.

However, at the end of the loan spell he returned to parent club Medeama SC ahead of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season and according to Abu Lamine, they took a decision to stop Blay’s pursuit as they believe the Yellow and Mauve wanted to take advantage of them.
