Patel, the tournament’s first seed, booked his place in the final after overcoming third seed Zayyan Virani of Kenya in a thrilling three-set encounter, winning 4-6, 7-6(5), 6-4.
The Indian demonstrated resilience after losing the opening set, fighting back to claim the second-set tiebreak before completing the comeback in the deciding set to keep his title hopes alive.
Verma, seeded sixth, also delivered a composed performance to defeat fifth seed Mannan Ashok Agarwal, winning 6-4, 6-4 to secure his place in the final.
His straight-set victory sets up an intriguing battle against Patel, with both players now just one win away from lifting the Boys’ Singles trophy at the prestigious junior tournament in Accra.
