Transfer Update: Ghanaian defender Baba Saeed Issah joins Romanian side FC Hermannstadt

Ghanaian defender Saeed Issah has completed a move to Romanian top-flight side FC Hermannstadt in the ongoing transfer window.

The 21-year old signed a four – year deal with the club after short trial.

A statement on the club’s website confirmed the signing of the player

Saeed Issah is a central defender from Ghana, who has an impressive physique – 1.88 m – and can also perform as a left defender, with his left foot as his base. He has played for the Real Valladolid U19 youth team in Spain in the past. Seydou was a good rehearsal for our team, and today, on the day he turned 21, he signed a contract with FCH valid for a period of 4 years. So, welcome back to Seydou Issah.”

Saeed started his football career at Kumasi based colts club Aston Villa FC.

He has also featured for West African Football Academy before joining Nsawam based African Talent Football Academy.

He becomes the third Ghanaian player to join the Romanian side after Bright Addai and his former teammates Baba Alhassan.
